How to Request USCIS Forms and Pamphlets by Phone


You can call the USCIS (United States Citizenship and Immigration Service) to request forms and study materials. When you call, you will be asked to say and spell your full name and address, and which forms you'd like to request into a recorded voicemail. USCIS officials will then send you the requested forms.
